Privacy Policy

I will only keep personal data for as long as needed. Initial questionnaires and background information will be shredded as soon as the information has been entered into the report. Any test papers used during assessments will  securely shredded once the report has been finalised and feedback (if required) has taken place.

If a report is produced, this will be kept electronically in a password protected area until the client reaches 25 years of age. When reports are deleted, it will be done safely such that the data is irrecoverable.

Reports will only be shared with the person(s) who have commissioned and funded the assessment. You may forward these reports on as you wish, for example to your child’s school, but this will be your responsibility.
